Salivary-type benign tumor; slow-growing
Adenoid cystic carcinoma
Very aggressive; perineural invasion
Hemangioma (choroidal / orbital)
Blood vessel origin; usually soft & benign
Angiosarcoma
Rare, aggressive blood-vessel tumor
Optic nerve sheath meningioma
Benign CNS-type tumor, compressive
Optic nerve glioma (high grade)
Rare, can be aggressive depending on type
