Set back Work Status -Work in Progress- Automatically

If Job order is saved without the mandatory details/attachments, like Risk assessment, Spares Consumption, Technical Forms, etc., then the Job status will be "Work in Progress". Once the necessary details added to the Job, then only the Job status will be changed to "Completed"

WO is transferred to Approve Work Order Page

Master, C/E Approve?

Completed/Approved

Replicated to Office

TSI/VeM/FM/GM Enter Review, if necessary

Work Status -Returned-

"Memoranda required, COC required" jobs, without linking the memoranda or COC, onboard engineer cannot complete the Job.

Approve button will be active if user has right to approve the Work Order After changing Work Order Status to "COMPLETED". If it's gray out, user should save the work order. Then the work order will be listed in Approve Work Order page for getting approval from Cheif Engineer.

Open a pop up screen for CE to enter the Remarks & once entered return the Job order to previous Engineer
