Take the list of parts which are in SOP
Collect the Weighing machine from Store/QA Lab & Check the Calibration status from the calibration sticker (Machine least count should be 0.1 gram)

Machine Calibration is Ok ?

Collect the parts samples from the Store
Collect the stage wise samples of all listed parts from WIP
Check & note the weight of all collected RM & WIP samples against the part nos. in list
Key Point: Min 5 Nos to be collected.

Key Point: Weight to be Done as per Annexure -A(TBP)
Calculate the stage wise scrap of all parts by entering the actual weight data in Excel sheet
Check the scrap at every stage of each part from SAP (C503 - BOM Display)
Enter the stage wise scrap of all parts taken from SAP in excel sheet
Check SAP vs Physical scrap weight differences
Save the Data Sheet

Take the approval for BOM Change by filling the details in form (Engineering BOM Change TBD)

Inform to PPC for closing the production plan in SAP for concerned part

Update the BOM in SAP as per Approved Form (CS02 - BOM edit)
Take the BOM change report of SAP from IT & Verify

Is Report Verification Found Ok ?

Send the List of production version(s) to Finance for PCC run (Product cost collector)

Confirmation of PCC run from Finance
Inform to SCM, FINANCE, STORE, IT, PPC, for the change detail through mail

Inform to QA Calibration Engineer

Re plan the Activity after calibration

If Physical Vs SAP Difference >±0.5 gm
