Stores shall receive the FG battery packs from production after the PDI clearance in ERP

Received battery packs shall be stacked with receipt date and identification to ensure the traceability by Stores

Stores shall inform production to carry out the periodic health check for the batteries stored at stores for once in 2 weeks

Battery packs stored for 2 weeks shall be checked for temperature, SOC & voltage

Battery pack functionality found ok

Move battery pack to rework stage by production team by raising MRS

Return the battery pack to PDI for Quality check after repair/rework

SOC & pack voltage within specification

Battery pack to be charged by moving to production

Return the battery pack to stores after charging as per specified limit

Record the values and restore the battery in stores location

TQM In-process shall carryout random verification to check the compliance of the process
