1) Initialize Stock Take Process


Select desired warehouse and process:

- Selective Items

- Selective Bins

- Selective Items and Bins

- Selective Zones

- Open Audit - across warehouse

Assign users responsible for stock capture using handheld computers
Choose counting method: Incremental scanning or Scan and enter quantity per SKU
Start first iteration of stock count using handheld computers
Audit SKUs one by one with respect to each BIN locator and complete counting
Close first iteration and generate discrepancies after completing stock count
Incharge reviews discrepancies and raises another iteration to audit only discrepant items
Repeat iterations until discrepancies are narrowed down and concluded
Generate final report showing System Stock vs Actual Stock with status per SKU and location
10) Extract data as report
