Step 4: Generate Email Insights• Insights are generated for sent emails, including opens, clicks, and bouncebacks.

Step 5: Retention• Email insights are retained for a period of 6 months.

Step 6: Clean Up• Emails and data older than 6 months are cleaned up and deleted.
