AE/AM to start trial Add the SE to the CRM
Rep and SE to schedule trial calls and start communication thread
SE + Rep Conducts POC kickoff ( double tap Success Criteria )
SE works with customer to meet POC goals
SE raises an issue and replies the customer through Zoho Desk
Investigate, resolve and implement on customers system
Raise Jira and assign to the right product
Raise JIRA and Tag as Product Feedback and raise it in respective product slack channels
SE checks if all Success criteria has been met
SE POC feedback call
