1. Start: Input Material & Thickness
• Node: Start
2. Determine Base Amplitude (Material Structure)
1. Decision: Is Material Semi-Crystalline (e.g., PP, PA)?
• Yes: → Process: Set Base Amplitude to HIGH (50-70 μm).
• No (It is Amorphous): → Process: Set Base Amplitude to LOW (30-45 μm).
3. Adjust for Thickness (Far Field & Thinness Check)
1. Decision: Is Thickness > 6 mm (Far Field)?
• Yes: → Process: Increase Amplitude +20% (Compensate Damping Loss).
• No: → Go to next check.
2. Decision: Is Thickness < 1 mm (Thin/Delicate)?
• Yes: → Process: Decrease Amplitude -15% (Avoid marking/cracking).
• No: → Finalize Amplitude.
