Oventure will in parallel enter into a long term supply agreement with their source.

Buyer’s bank will transmit ad confirmed LC’s (60 days deferred) to Oventure’s bank.

They will be responsible to monetize the LC’s and disburse payments to EnergyTransfer and Vessel owners designated account.

Proceeds of export of each cargo parcels.
