Consider: Naloxone, Flumazenil, Neostigmine, Doxapram.
Full clinical examination with particular attention to respiratory system & nervous system (including focal or lateralising neurological signs).
Consider further diagnostic tests: CXR, CT Head
Blood tests : U + E (Urea and Electrolytes)
, FBC (Full Blood Count)
or haemocue ( A bedside hemoglobin test ) , glucose, TFT ( Thyroid Function Test)
If patient remains unconscious, decide where this patient should be managed?
Further course of action?
Consider the dissociative test where the Diagnosis is absent.
