If yes, refer to Environment Team and prepare a respite offer
Is impact highly intrusive (modelled as purple)?
Seek approval to offer noise reducing earplugs for initial complaint
For sustained impacts, prepare an alternative respite offer
Distribute respite offer and update register and Con Mgr.
If yes, discuss impacts with the Environment Team and Construction Team as required
If no, acknowledge complaint and monitor with Environment Team
Can the impact of works be mitigated?
If no, refer case to VIDA for approval to offer relocation
Contact resident to offer temporary relocation
If accepted, determine accommodation needs and make a booking
Confirm booking with The Travel Nexus and resident
Update relocation register and Con Mgr.
If offer rejected, prepare a respite offer
