Exposition Shall be amended twice a year

Regulatory Compliance Section shall initiate one month prior

Monitor associated revisions manuals of manuals in line with CAME & MOE

Make necessary amendments as per guideline specified in procedure

Conduct review meeting

Suggested changes shall be made and recirculated to all the attendees of the meeting

Indicate ammendeded text with a vertical line in LH Margin

Assign revision number and revison date

Submit proposed ammendments to the exposition to DGCA with covering letter .

QM shall liase with DGCA for approval

On approval, The CAM/ Quality Manager shall dispatch the revision pages of the CAME to theTechnical Publication Executive

Technical Publication shall distribute as per distribution list

Soft copy distribution may be done through team drive (Google)
