8:00 – 8:30 Breakfast Light, nutritious meal to fuel brain and body for intensive learning.

8:30 – 11:00 MERN Stack Core Deep work on React, Node, Express, MongoDB; coding components, APIs, database integration.

11:00 – 11:15 Short Break Stretch, water, quick mental reset.

11:15 – 1:00 DSA Practice Solve 3-5 problems daily. Rotate topics: arrays, strings, trees, graphs, DP. Focus on understanding, not speed yet.

1:00 – 1:30 Lunch Light meal; avoid heavy food to prevent afternoon drowsiness.

1:30 – 3:30 Full-Stack Project Work Implement features, connect frontend & backend, database setup, and project planning.

3:30 – 3:45 Short Break Relax, refresh, quick snack if needed.

3:45 – 5:30 MERN Advanced / Integration Authentication, API integration, state management (Redux/Context), advanced React patterns.

5:30 – 6:00 Tea/Refresh Recharge, quick walk or meditation.

6:00 – 7:30 Mock Interviews / Coding Challenges Timed Leetcode, whiteboard practice, problem-solving under pressure.

7:30 – 8:00 Dinner Healthy, light dinner to avoid sleep disruption.

8:00 – 9:30 Project Deployment / Portfolio Deploy apps, push to GitHub, write README, polish portfolio for placements.

9:30 – 10:30 Revision & Notes Review concepts learned, summarize DSA tricks, MERN tips, and project challenges.

10:30 – 11:30 Optional Light Study / Reading System design basics, tech blogs, latest frameworks, career prep.

11:30 – 6:00 Sleep (8 hrs) Deep, uninterrupted sleep is critical for memory and learning retention.
