Project Description and Final Deliverables
A centralised digital platform facilitating the end-to-end management of medical ambulance operations. The deliverables include:


1. Admin Dashboard: For full system control, fleet management, and analytics.

2. Corporate Dashboard: For contracted institutions to request trips and view invoices.

3. Vendor Dashboard: For service providers to manage vehicles and staff.

4. Driver & Medic Mobile App: For real-time dispatch, navigation, and EMS reporting.

5. Public Website: For individual patient trip requests and tracking.

Business Case and Objectives
Goal : The current process likely involves fragmented coordination. This system aims to streamline the workflow between patients, companies, and dispatchers, reducing manual dispatch errors and response times.


Product Design/Improvement: The system will ensure HIPAA compliance for data security, support bilingual interfaces (Arabic/English) for wider market reach, and provide real-time tracking to increase patient trust and safety.
