1. Receive PO from AWS (EDI850)

2. Planner creates WO and triggers material pulls via SAP

3. DSV receives signal and sends materials to Warehouse

4. Warehouse performs Goods Receipt (GR) in WMS

5. WH allocates materials for rack and server WOs via WMS

6. WH prints and verifies the picklist.

7. WH picks materials and performs system kitting to the WO

8. Production received the materials for assembly

9. Conduct L10 Test, if passed proceed with A if failed proceed with B

A. Conduct L12 Test, if passed, proceed with 10., if failed back to B.

B. Trigger planner to issue rework WO

12. WH performs system transactions: MVT262 to return failed servers from the original rack WO and MVT261 for the rework WO, then back to 9.

10. Once L12 passes, QA performs inspection and WH performs packing.

11. WH completes system RTS (Return to Stock).

Note: Implement a blocker to prevent the rework WO from starting unless MVT262 has been completed for the original WO.
