Mix sugar and butter together until softened and combined
Add egg to mix, then add dry ingredients and combine to form dough
Roll dough into flat sheets in baking paper and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes
Cut into desired shapes and bake for 20-25 minutes at 170°C
