Good Accountable engineer. Need to get better at getting work done from others. Too soft on some occasions end up carrying the work on his shoulders. Need to think about scaling.

Good Tech Design skills. However, works organically, and not with a deadline in mind. Need to improve on the project delivery plans.

Really good for his role. Focuses on learning and understanding from seniors and their work. Deep thinker.

She is a good developer. However, improvement area is to derive accountability. This is not happening, even after feedbacks. She was asking for her promotion. She is in this role from last 2 years or so.

He too is looking for promotion from last cycle. He is able to create the plans of deliverables however lacks a bit of technical depth. He is in this role from last 3 years. He is able to run a mini squad on his own. This year is not going too well for him in terms of health and deliverables.

Can be done in 2026 Mid or 2027. Depending on situation
