If not, conduct Training/briefing

Renewal

Check Validity of Training

Check Marshalling Authorisation List

Choose next running number for Initial Issue

Identify Authorisation Number for renewal

Prepare Authorisation

Approval from Quality Manager

Send Authorisation (soft copy) via email

Receive soft copy of signed and completed authorisation

Retain soft copy in Google Team Drive

Update Running/Tracking Sheet
