PROCESS FOR CREATING A NEW 3rd PARTY CONNECTION

Receives an RM for a New Third Party Connection Request, raised by the appropriate Nestlé Business Contact
Checks if the following documents are present and filled-in:
Access Request Template (all mandatory fields)
Contractual Agreement Checklist
Close the RM due to lack of information
TSS team to Review the Task
Creation / update of Third-party Teamroom entry for the supplier
Upload the 3rd party’s Access Request Template into central repository
TSS team to update The Task with approval and close to process further
Creation of a new VPN access AD group for the 3rd party based on access type and company name (ex: GCEUR: SSLVPN Tetrapak Users)
Creation of standard Nestlé accounts with permanent duration, for each user specified in the Access Request Template
Add the created user accounts to the newly created AD VPN access group
Wipro team to update the task with all required details and close to further implementation
Addition of each intermediate ServerAdmin group to the related Local Administrators group, for each requested server
Creation of ADM2 accounts with 30-day duration, for each user specified in the Access Request Template
Add the created user accounts to the newly created AD VPN access group
Creation of an intermediate ServerAdmins group, based on the server’s name (ex: IEASKL0004ServerAdmins) for each requested server
Addition of the newly created AD group to each of the created ServerAdmin groups.
