• Create and submit comprehensive Transition Plan to Government leadership

• Include daily account of all activities to be performed

• Establish daily transition meetings with Government leadership

Execute Transition-Out

• Provide successor team access to employees for knowledge transfer

• Enable shadowing on SOPs, info sources, and security/access info

• Transition Government property and provide technical documentation

• Maintain current documentation for 30-day workload transition

Transition Complete

• Execute transition checklist with Government leadership

• Obtain formal acceptance of all activities

• Ensure Ownership Transfer and Operational Readiness

• Complete all phase-out within the 30-day window
